Muscliff School (inside the sports hall)
Monday 6:15pm-7:00 pm – Wednesday 6:15pm-7:00 pm – Friday 6:30pm-7:15pm

    I read with interest your email about the 6 week programme. Could you please advise me if the exercise sessions will be held at Rossmore Leisure Centre and what times etc Would there be any evening sessions at Rossmore at all?
    What is the cost of the 6 week programme?
    With the meals what do you mean exactly when you say Fast days? I have to eat food which is wheat and gluten free, would the meals be suitable? Are there any other details I need to know about the programme? Many thanks

    The program incorporates intermittent fast days and not 2 or 3 days fasts 😉 and all meals will be wheat and gluten free
